By accessing or using our website and purchasing data bundles, airtime, or reseller services from FastLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

1. Services Provided

FastLink provides automated telecommunication aggregation services, including mobile data bundles, airtime top-ups, and developer API integrations across authorized Ghanaian telecom carriers (MTN Ghana, Telecel Ghana, AT Ghana).

Orders are processed and delivered automatically through direct telecom gateway integration. Most reloads occur in under 30 seconds after payment verification.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient mobile phone numbers provided during purchase or bulk dispatch are accurate and active. FastLink cannot recall data delivered to an incorrect phone number caused by user input error.

3. Pricing & Payments

All data prices are denominated in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to adjustment based on telecom provider tariffs. Payments are collected via licensed payment gateway processors with end-to-end PCI-DSS encryption.

4. Resellers & Affiliate Program

Affiliates and agents earn automated commissions on data transactions processed through their unique referral link or store subdomain. Commissions can be withdrawn directly to registered Mobile Money accounts once minimum withdrawal thresholds are met.
